Subject: Lab Lead Kickoff Meeting
Hello everyone!
I would like to start off with saying, thank you to everyone for
participating in this very important program. I know everyone is very busy,
and I appreciate you taking the time to help advance this initiative for the
department.
To get things started, we are looking to schedule our kickoff meeting.
The meeting will be held April 1, 2022 at 2pm via Zoom. The link for the
meeting is provided below.
https://virginiatech.zoom.us/j/88584598840
At the meeting, besides some of the basic things like introductions and
overview of the program, we would really like to hear a little bit about
your lab setup and what resources/training/help/guidance you feel you need.
We want to ensure we are targeting those areas which will have the greatest
impact on you and your lab. Thereby, achieving our ultimate goal of
empowering you and your lab to be as successful as it can be.
If you can't make the meeting, please let me know. We will record the
meeting and post it somewhere. However, this meeting in particular is
really meant to be more interactive. Therefore, we are asking that you
please try and attend, and come prepared to share.
Again, thank you for participating and we look forward to seeing everyone on
April 1st.
Thanks
