Hello! If you are receiving this email, then you have been offered
admission to the Computer Science Department at Virginia Tech. I want to
let you know about our new graduate student orientation session that is
coming up.
First, a bit of housekeeping. This email has been sent to everyone who has
been admitted, and you either told the graduate school that you are
attending or did not respond. Please go ahead and confirm in a reply
(directly!) to me whether you plan to attend or not. If you tell me you
will not attend, then we can stop spamming you. Those who let me know that
they are attending can be added to our regular grad student listserv. That
provides critical information throughout the semester.
*New Grad Student Orientation *will be held via Zoom on Wednesday, January
