Hi All, I hope everyone's first half of the semester was off to a good start. Our first Sanghani Center Faculty meeting this semester is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 6 at 12:00 - 1:30 pm. As usual, if you have any recent news or updates since our last faculty meeting, please send them my way so that I may add them to our meeting slides. Good afternoon faculty, Hope everything is well with you. October is fast approaching and it's usually a busy month for me. In the midst of preparing your proposals (especially NSF), I want to remind everyone of the following: *1. NSF Biosketch and Current and Pending Formats Changing: Beginning October 23, 2023, the NSF Fillable PDF will not be an option and the SciENcv formats will be required. Please do not wait until you get a proposal, update them now. Unfortunately, I do not have authority to certify the documents in SciENcv.* *2. Proposals with Subcontractors -- please keep in mind we must have ALL of the subcontractors official documents (letter of commitment, statement of work, budget, budget justification, and other docs) at least ONE week prior to the deadline of your submission.* *3.
