FYI. Web site should technically be updated for over the past 15 years for
this :-). I've been reasonably good about acknowledging others'
achievements but tend to forget to "self-congratulate" ...
Need to update News and Publications for HPEC, too. Two papers there.

Hi Wu,
It is our great pleasure to inform you that your BoF Proposal bof180s1 The
Green 500: Trends in Energy Efficient Supercomputing has been accepted for
one of our 75minutes/1hr 15 minutes slots, pending you follow the necessary
guidelines for our virtual conference.
There were over 80 proposals, but only 13 + Top500, TopGreen500 and
TopIO-500, BoFs were accepted due to scheduling and virtual cost issues.
Note that all presentations, except Q&A which will be live-streamed, have
to be pre-recorded following the instructions provided on the SC20
Linklings submission system, including .vtt files (for captioning), so that
they may also be available for re-streaming in an alternate time-zone.
Since the time slots are only 75mins, including the live-streamed Q&A, we
will limit these presentations to a max. Total of 30 minutes, and with 4 or
fewer presenters within the 30 minute slot.
Unfortunately, due to the later submission deadlines and factors related to
Virtual conference, we are now in a time-crunch and need you to adhere to
the following schedule:
- Log into Linklings ASAP, and no later than 9am EDT Sept. 14, to confirm
that you will be presenting at SC20 BoFs.
- Submit the video release forms for your presentation ASAP (see
Linkings), and no later than Sept. 25. Contact us (Anne or Bill), if this
is an issue. Note ALL presenters need to fill out this form.
-Prepare the video-recorded presentations. The firm deadline for this is
Oct. 8 for uploading these to the Linklings website. The main organizer
also has to include an overall flow-of- show as requested in Linklings.
Remember to try to come across even more energetic than with a live
audience.
The materials above will then be reviewed by us and the Virtual support
people which will have them uploaded to the SC20 Virtual provider.
A dry-run of the session will be scheduled 2 weeks prior to the event
