F1 and J1 Student Employee Information

If you are an F1 or J1 student Visa holder or you employ and F1 or J1 student, please read: Students in the US in F or J student visa status cannot work more than *20* hours in a work week during the academic year, per USCIS regulation 8 CFR 214.2(f)(9)(i). This restriction will be lifted from May 5th through August 19th. The monitoring will begin again on Saturday, August. 20th. The wage work week runs from Saturday - Friday, please be aware.
