Late Hours- talk to employees

Every pay period, employees enter their hours after the deadline. I have instructed them to enter hours on the same day they are worked. I send a reminder half way through the pay period and again on the final day of they pay period for them to enter hours. PLEASE talk to your UTAs or other wage employees about entering their hours on the same day they are worked. Many of you complete approvals and then have to go back and do it over and over. Maybe if it comes from you as their supervisor, they will try harder. Thank you! Melanie -- *Melanie L.
