Any time above that should be pre-approved by your supervisor. *_NON-UTAs: _*Your schedule is set with your supervisor and should be approved before hours are worked. *_SUPERVISORS: _*Please review all hours clocked in and out carefully to make sure they are valid. If you have a question about hours worked, talk to your employee BEFORE you approve. *ALL EMPLOYEES should clock in and clock out for time worked.
