Banner Time Entry: Submitting and Approving Hours
If an employee does not submit their hours by the deadline, the approver (supervisor) has to submit for them. The supervisor should verify the entries with the employee before approving. The hours that have not been submitted show "in progress". Please make sure you are looking at pay period *1/16/25-1/31/25 (2025 WA 3).* *_Wage Employees:_* You have to clock in and clock out each day. You need to initiate your Time Sheet at the beginning of the pay period, record your hours *and submit* by the deadline. You *_cannot_* submit for approval or make any changes after this submit date. Only your approver can submit or make changes and approve by the approval date. *_Supervisors: _*Please work with your employees to have all hours submitted and approved *_by tomorrow, Thursday, Feb. 6th at 5pm_*.
