Mailing list for the VT CS Systems Reading Group.
This is the mailing list for the VT CS Systems Reading Group (SRG).
The SRG reads papers from a variety of systems-related conferences, including FSE, ICSE, SOSP, OSDI, EuroSys, ASPLOS, FAST, and CCS. It should be of interest to students studying computer systems from many perspectives.
In general, each week the group will discuss 1-3 papers from a top conference, striving to broaden our knowledge of computer science and to improve our own skills in researching, evaluating, and reporting our work.
This group will also provide a supportive setting in which members can share research ideas or practice research talks for upcoming conferences.
Participants will enjoy regular interaction with members of other research groups as well as exposure to a breadth of recent research. As a result, their research horizons should be broadened and their ongoing research strengthened.
Participants will also enjoy the snacks generously funded by stack@cs.
